What we can and cannot prove yet

Pick your trade

Six trades. If yours is not here, we are not your agency.

A roofer's June and a remodeler's June are different businesses. Below, trade by trade: what we already know about how each one gets found and booked.

What you are buying

A measurement system that happens to look like a website.

Most agencies sell you a website. The best sell what it produces. The only difference between the two is whether the measurement went in before launch.

Call tracking

A tracked line, live before launch day

A dedicated number that logs which page the caller was reading, so you know which jobs the site produced: by call, by page, by month. It goes in before launch, because the day you ask whether the site is working, the answer should already be written down.

Published prices

Three builds. Real numbers. No discovery call required.

Most agencies make you book a call before they will say a number. Ours are below in full, before you have said a word to anybody.

Why we are not the cheapest

We are not the cheapest website in Indianapolis. You can buy one for $1,500, and plenty of contractors have. What that one will not have is a tracked phone number, a page written for a customer standing in a flooded basement, or a report at the end of the month telling you whether any of it worked.

Before you hire anyone

Agency sites will show you praise. Ask every one of them, including us, for a number instead.

Before building this site we read the sites of five long-running Indiana agencies: forty-one client testimonials between them, and not one measured result. Not a percentage, not a dollar figure, not a before-and-after. Praise is easy to collect. Numbers have to be earned. That is why this site shows no testimonials at all.

What we can prove today

  • This site's own measured performance, which you can verify in your own browser right now.
  • A published price list, which none of the five established Indiana agencies we reviewed before building this site offers. One of them refuses on the page, in so many words.
  • A measurement system installed before launch, so the numbers exist to publish later.

What we cannot

  • Client case studies with revenue figures. We have no clients yet.
  • A Google review count. We have none, and we will not be buying any.
  • Awards, press mentions, or media logos. Borrowing those is the oldest tell in the business.

Saying this costs us work. Not saying it would cost you more.

Named, so it can be held to

Five things with names on them.

A promise with a name on it can be held to. These five are written down in public so the delivery can be checked against the pitch.

The 5-Week Lead Engine

The fixed-scope build process, week by week.

Signal

A one-page monthly report: calls, forms, and where they came from.

The Founding Ten

Our first ten clients, at a reduced rate, in exchange for permission to publish their numbers.

The 90-Day Lead Guarantee

More tracked leads within 90 days than whatever we replaced, whether that was an old site or no site at all, or we keep working free until there are.

The 90-Day Lead Guarantee

More tracked leads within 90 days of launch than whatever we replaced, whether that was an old site or no site at all, or we keep working at no extra cost until there are: copy, layout, speed, local SEO. This is only enforceable because the measurement goes in before launch, so both numbers exist and neither of us can argue about them later.

Month-to-month after the build

No notice period, no exit fee, no minimum term. You own the domain, the hosting account, the code, the analytics and the tracking numbers from day one. If you leave, you leave with all of it and we spend an hour handing it over properly.

The 5-Week Lead Engine

Five weeks, published week by week.

Roughly four hours of your time across the whole build. If a week slips on our side, it slips on our invoice.

The full process
  1. We find out what you actually sell

About an hour on the kickoff questionnaire

  2. The words come before the layout

45 minutes of notes on the pages

  3. Design, on a phone first

45 minutes of notes on the design

  4. Build, and the measurement goes in

Nothing. Go and run your business.

  5. Launch, watch, hand over

One hour on photos and handover

Objections, answered

The questions a published price list provokes.

Agencies that hide their prices are telling you something. Ours are published, and these are the questions the numbers tend to raise.

Because being first is worth something, and we price it that way. The Founding Ten get the full build at a reduced rate, and in exchange we get permission to publish their numbers: leads before, leads after, cost per lead, all of it. You are buying the same process at a discount. We are buying the evidence we do not have yet. That trade stops being available the moment we have ten case studies.
